Upon graduation, they will begin as management trainees and be provided with a training program that includes attachments to retail stores as well as various key departments. Potential Career Path:

The Management Associate Program is a tailor-made executive program specially developed to train and nurture motivated individuals for a career path in the Group’s Retail Operations.

Associates will be exposed through an accelerated program over the course of 1-2 years, with in-depth job training on sales and retail operations to gain relevant job experience.

The career road map provides interested associates with an overview of the various levels and job positions that a Management Associate will undertake over the course of the program. To fulfil the roles and responsibilities of each role, the associates will undergo the necessary on-the-job training for the essential skills necessary for the career advancement.
