Will I have the opportunity to do internships?
You will be required to undertake at least one internship programme with your sponsoring organisation as part of its development programme. Some sponsoring organisations may have more intensive development frameworks. You may wish to bring this up for discussion during your interview.
Can I source for my own vacation attachments or internship programmes with another organisation?
You may check with your sponsoring organisation if there are development programmes during vacation periods – your obligation is to your sponsoring organisation first.
